The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (801) 432-7511. One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor.

If you prefer to email us to schedule an appointment please include the best day(s) and time(s) for you to see the doctor, elitechirocenter@comcast.net. We will do our best to accommodate you.
